London AS Diet Inspired Recipes

The London AS Diet was created by Professor Alan Ebringer. This diet reduces starch intake and increases protein intake. London AS Diet recipes have fewer than 5 grams of starch per serving. The recipe analysis includes a goal of 100 grams of protein for reference only. Bread, flour, rice, potatoes, and similar starch foods are reduced or eliminated.
