1 lb (454g) Beverages, Water, Tap, Drinking
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp (70 g) flour, sifted
70 g (70g) Soy Flour, Full-fat, Raw
1/4 stick butter (28 g) softened, I use Kerrygold
28 g (28g) Kerrygold, Reduced Fat Irish Butter
