Pork and Pickled Peppers (and Potatoes) (Gluten-Free Recipe Analysis)
A simple, Italian pork and pickled pepper dish which you can add potatoes to, if you wish.

2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp (27g) Oil, Olive, Salad Or Cooking
1 lb pork brisket bones (preferably Koshered*)
1 lb (454g) Pork Loin, Fresh, Backribs, Bone-in, Raw, Lean Only
1/4 tsp Kosher salt (I prefer Diamond Crystal brand)
0.25 tsp (0.25g) Kosher Salt

8 oz (227g) Peppers, Hot Pickled, Canned
(2 large potatoes, sliced into long chunks-optional)
2 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) (426g) Potatoes, Flesh And Skin, Raw
